What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders.

Customers who choose Prepaid Payment receive an additional 5% OFF on their order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available. Any applicable COD charges will be displayed during checkout before placing your order.

Currently, we deliver across India only.


What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and courier partner availability.

Prepaid orders are processed on priority and are generally delivered faster than Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


Are there any hidden charges?

There are NO hidden charges when you shop with Nahiko.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any applicable shipping or COD charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.


What if Nahiko does not deliver to my location?

Some PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

If your order cannot be delivered due to a non-serviceable location or product unavailability, we will process a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  1. Product is out of stock.
  2. Delivery is not possible at your location.
  3. Order is cancelled by Nahiko due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Our delivery partners provide order tracking services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can also track your order by logging into your Nahiko account and visiting the Order History section.


Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Courier partner delays
  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
