Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Nahiko, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your concern in accordance with the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Email us at thenahiko@gmail.com with your Order ID or call +91 8824578775. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if you receive the wrong product. An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Product quality dissatisfaction
• Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
• Fabric-related concerns
• Wrong size selected by the customer

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD refunds require valid bank account details. Processing time depends on your bank or payment gateway.

7-Day Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days for maternity clothing only.

Eligible cases:

• Wrong item received
• Wrong size received
• Wrong colour or product received
• Missing product
• Damaged product

We will provide a replacement or exchange. Refunds are issued only if the replacement product is unavailable.

Not eligible:

• Discounted or offer products
• Fabric concerns
• Minor colour variations
• Used, washed or damaged products

Return Terms

Return requests are accepted only after approval by our support team.

Customers need to self-ship the product, as reverse pickup is currently unavailable.

The returned product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Refunds are processed only after a successful quality inspection.

Additional Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
• ₹149 convenience fee applies for customer-requested size or colour exchanges.

• Please record an unboxing video for claim verification.
• Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Never share OTPs or payment details with anyone.
